Does anyone know the process of requesting transcripts be submitted from Western University to OMSAS? 

Do I do this online? 

Does anyone know how long the process takes?

You request it through OMSAS while filling out your application (it's one of the tabs). The request itself is only sent to your university once you actually submit your application, after which point your school will take care of it. This only applies if you attended a university in Ontario.
