Should I bother applying to Ottawa with a wGPA of 3.76?

If money isn't an issue, throw it in. Realistically, cutoffs for English stream (with a really good CASPer I'm assuming) are ~3.87 for an interview. At least that's the lowest reported wGPA from last year's cycle.

I disagree. I think it will just be a waste of money. Unfortunately, you'll just be screened out

I believe that the cutoff for the English stream is a 3.85, but you can email and ask them.

Right, which is why I said if money isn't an issue . Your chances are 0% if you don't even throw in an application.

His chances are 0% regardless, they won't lower their GPA cutoff. It's not a question of money being an issue or not, its a question of don't throw your hard earned cash away
