Red X for Personal Activities

I submitted my application but for personal activities it is still showing a red x. I filled out everything in the section but only put in 3 examples of employment instead of 4 is this the reason? Is anyone else having this problem? 

I'm going to call admissions tomorrow just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this
