AMCAS course work

Just wanted to make sure for this section I would have to include all the courses taken in my 4 years? And first year is FR, second year is SO, etc? If my school went by a 0.5/1 credit system, do I enter it like that or would I have to convert it to credit hours?

Yes, FR=first year and SO= second year. Enter credits as they appear on your transcript and don't convert to credit hours or it could delay processing of your application.
