Brief Personal Essays Scoring

I know that applications have been submitted and theres nothing I can do, however my premed neuroticism is kicking in and I'm looking over my applications and discovering flaws. I noticed that for 2/4 BPE's I did not incorporate a personal example. I also didn't directly mention the clusters in any of them, but tried to reflect them in my answer without saying them. The cluster's are clearly reflected in my essays with personal examples but less clear in my essays without personal examples. Does this basically mean that I am basically screwed? Have any of you landed interviews at UofT while doubting your essays?
