Interview Invites

Hey,

Have those of you who applied to US MD school this year started getting interview invites? When should we expect to hear back? I submitted my secondaries in mid August btw.

Each school is different in the states, some schools email back saying you didn't get an interview, others don't. In terms of interviews, some friends of mines have already gotten some interviews already!

Congratz to your friends. I hope its not a silent rejection for the rest of us waiting.  Do you mind sharing which schools they got interviews at?

It can really vary, I know of a number of US med applicants that did interviews into Jan/Feb of their application season.

I got IIs from August to late December! Interviewed until January.
