i think they would have come out by now , if they were coming out today no? usually people start getting responses around 10 am? im not entirely sure

Yes. Someone called 2 days ago and the secretary said decisions will be out on Friday

from experience they do come out at the same time! (this year may be an exception). 

I believe if the results were to come out earlier than Friday, then Monday and Tuesday would be too early. I feel there is a fair chance for today or tomorrow.

I agree. Also, they usually start sending invites around 10am. If there are are no posts about invites by the afternoon, then it probably won't come out today

Last year I received my interview invitation around lunch on the day before target date, so it might still be today.

Sit tight folks. They usually start sending out invites early around 9 am which persists until late afternoon. - as per previous years.
