Don't think so.

I think that it depends on your interview date! My friend that got one 1 hour before me had an interview date a week before mine

Invite!!
Time Stamp: 22/01/2019 1:07 PM
Location: IP
Stream: English (Bilingual)
wGPA: 3.97, not actually sure what my wGPA is but it's lower.
Current year: 4th year
ECs: Research heavy. You can PM me for specifics but I don't want to be tied to this account. I don't think they're that amazing because they're all within the last few years (didn't know I wanted med until 2nd year, had a lot of mental health issues, etc.).

Casper: Got an interview at Mac, so must have been OK. I thought it was pretty average. Answered honestly and I'm a fast typer, but I don't think it was spectacular.

Does anyone know how to check whether or not they applied via the bilingual stream?

I am bilingual but I genuinely cannot remember whether or not I applied through that stream or the pure English stream. I want to know if I need to brush up on my french!

For those who got an invite, what was the subject line of the email? Curious as to whether there's a difference between the rejection letter and the invite.

From my invite-email last year, it mentioned "Congratulations" status of application in the subject line.

Good luck to everyone, from the class of 2022!

The invite says if you "voluntarily declared bilingualism (English and French)"  you will be tested at the interview. What does this entail?

Be prepared for your interview questions to switch between English and French, answer in the language asked.

Where would you voluntarily declare that though?

When you apply on OMSAS, they ask you if you want to apply to the French or English streams. You already did that months ago, back in October or whenever you applied. Whatever language you pick is the language you interview in, and the language you are taught in if you make it.

Does the personal information section where you select whether you can speak both languages or not affect how they will interview you? For example, if the French stream is picked but you clicked that you can speak both languages, will that be tested at the interview?

It will primarily be in the stream you selected.. but there will be some of the interview in the second language.
