Tryingmybest317
Hello! I applied to Atlantic Bridge but have been looking up costs from Euro to CAN. If it's ok, I am genuinely curious how people payed these 80 000 dollar Canadian fees! Does the government offer great loans etc? I also am curious of people that are in Ireland, how you honestly like it! Thanks in Advance!

Banks do offer lines of credit for international medical students but you will need a co-signer with good credit. You will probably be able to qualify for smaller provincial student loans too (e.g. if in Ontario; OSAP). I think the cheaper Irish medical schools are Galway and Limerick. RCSI is the most costly if memory serves me right. Food for thought. It's not easy to come back.
masterofnone
Is 80k the cost? Is tuition simply the international tuition on the individual university websites, or is there a different tuition through Atlantic bridge?

RCSI is 56,500 Euros/year. In CAD that is almost 85k/year. Limerick is maybe 20k cheaper.
xiphoid
UC Cork is about 12k euros/year according to their website (https://www.ucc.ie/en/media/support/financeoffice/fees/COMHPGrads2019.2020V2.pdf). Just took a look at the Atlantic Bridge site and they list tuition as 43k/year. Not sure why the discrepancy...
