Pharmacy School in the U.S?

Hello everyone! 

 

I am a 2nd year undergraduate student in Canada majoring in Biology. I’m currently on a co-op term (I just completed my first term of 2nd year) and taking a course in quantum. 

I have a lot of volunteering experience, and I’m currently volunteering at 2 hospitals. I have yet to do research or shadow a pharmacist/doctor.

My cGPA is around 3.0 (73.5%, ) and I’m considering pharmacy school in the U.S! 

Does anyone know the pharmacy schools in the U.S that accept Canadian applicants? Additionally, how competitive is the entrance into these schools (GPA-wise)?

I’ve heard from some people that pharmacy in the U.S might not be the best option (in terms of getting a job). I was wondering how the process would be if I graduated from a PHARM school in the U.S and wanted to return to Canada to work?
