OT subGPA

This question is geared towards McMaster, Toronto and Western's OT programs.

I understand that they look at the most recent 20 half courses. Since both say they'll consider summer courses, I'm wondering if what I listed below will suffice for the SubGPA calculation if I apply during my 4th year, or if they will have to go back to my 2nd year.

Fall yr. 4: 6 courses

Summer yr. 3: 2 courses

Winter yr. 3: 6 courses

Fall yr. 3: 6 courses

= 20 courses total

I'm desperately hoping they don't consider my 2nd year because I majorly flunked the winter semester of that year, but have since been doing really well :/
