Critical Care Programs

Hello,

I'm thinking about applying to critical care in the next year or two and am in the process of organizing an elective.  Does anyone have any thoughts on any of the programs, good learning experiences as a resident/fellow, etc? I know it's a competitive application, so I would be keen to hear about programs across the country as I'll have to apply broadly.

(From a search it looks like this may have been asked before, but not much in the way of replies...)
