CaRMS Interview Experiences

Hey ladies and gents,

I'm not sure if a thread already exists but I thought I'd try and create one where people can annonomusly share their interview experiences (i.e. specialty, positives/negatives, panel impressions, etc.). 

Given the randomness of CaRMS and lack of transparency at times, I thought having people share their experiences from the 1st iteration and 2nd iterations may help provide help for all of us going forward.
