Submission of final transcript

Hey everyone,

For submission of final transcript, do we mail them directly to the medicine office?  What about for McGill transcript?

If it is McGill transcript, you don't have to do anything. It will be submitted automatically.

Ask the school to send it directly to McGill. They want official transcripts, meaning that you can't even touch it before they receive it, so it's why there is no spot to upload it yourself.

Has anyone's status on minerva been updated regarding the transcripts? I sent mine 3 weeks ago but it's still unprocessed/received.

Is it your final transcript? I need to wait until May (29th) for mine! So... I don't know... Maybe they are waiting around theses dates to update?

I assumed we would have to send the transcripts once all our course grades have been received (i.e. if you still have exams left right now)?

Hello everyone ! 

I emailed the office of admissions last week concerning the final transcript. I asked them why it is still unprocessed although I had sent it a week before. She replied by telling me that they are currently off site and doing the CEGEP applicant interviews, and that it should be processed within the next few weeks. 

Also to answer a question on this thread, ask your school to send the official transcript to the office of admission (Faculty of Medecine, McGill)

Is there a deadline for sending in our official transcripts? Hopefully I haven't missed it somewhere obvious, I looked through the offer letter and online but couldn't find it. I likely won't have all my grades from this semester until mid-May, so just a bit worried about timelines.

I think if your basis of admission degree is already completed, you can send it now. If not and you're about to complete it this semester, all you can do is wait for your university to release the official transcript. McGill will understand that you couldn't send it before.

Mine were all updated today and my status was then changed to Admitted. I’m DMD though, not sure if yours would be the same.

For the info, my Official University Transcript got processed on the 1st of may !

Maybe you used very high definition in the scanning? I would try a lower resolution quality

Also, I might be over stressing here, but did anyone else's Application Status page change? The top section disappeared and now it just starts with Name and Address? I haven't even submitted all my documents yet, that's why I'm wondering...
