What are post-acceptance conditions? Just having a GPA over a minimum cutoff? Post-acceptance conditions basically being the standards you have to maintain in order to retain your acceptance. Apparently, they will reweigh your overall ranking with the new grades and, if you are still at a reasonable position, you should retain your offer.
