Since admission results are out for USask as of April 8, 2019, thought we should have a thread.

To all those accepted, congratulations we all wish you the best of luck in your first year!

To those wait listed, med school decisions come out later, so fingers crossed!

To those rejected, having interviewed successfully is an enormous accomplishment, and you will be more experienced for your next application cycle!

Anybody know how many people a "third" consists of? I'm thinking 9 or 12 people total, because 15 and 18 would be unlikely.

I think the interview went well, I was really counting on it since my DAT and GPA are pretty average.

My guess, from being waitlisted last year and talking to current dental students, is that there are 12 people total on the wait list. Last year they for sure got through the first third and possibly into the middle third 1-2 people. Hope this helps!

Yes, there is a closed group on Facebook called U of S College of Dentistry (Classes of 2020-2023). There isn't a page made specifically for the class of 2023 though.

Apparently it did fully clear in the years before, but since there have been some changes to the acceptance numbers, it only reached the middle third last year.

I may decline sask for uwo, so there may be least one spot there
