How good does an interview have to be to get accepted?

It seems like everyone that got accepted had a great panel. MMI didn't seem to matter as much. 

Does anyone that got accepted have any insight?

Interviewees tend to be very poor judges of how their own MMI went. I would not use self-reports of the interviewees to conclude that "MMI doesn't seem to matter as much".

MMI was traumatizing. Of course it would matter more

I still have cringe moments from my queens MMI  every other one was so much chiller, this was so intense.

I've got no experience clearly so don't bother listening to me. /s

It's a lot easier to fake being a good, genuine person during a short panel than it is during a longer circuit where you have to react to situations more or less on the spot. Much better gauge of someone's true character with the latter.

I had a very.. unique panel. I dont really see how it could've gone exceptionally well. Here's to hoping the MMI is actually weighted more.
