Hey Guys!

I know there is not a posted cut off however, I was wondering if there is any consensus based on this forum on a suspected MCAT cutoff.

I am trying to weigh my options and decide if I should consider rewriting.

Thanks!

i got in this year with a 509. i had 128 in cars and i think 125 in bio. i have my masters though

Does a masters allow for wiggle room on both the MCAT and GPA cut off? Or is this something that no one truly knows?

GPa only, MCAT need to meet minimums as per the website on method of selection, Step 1

Was wondering how you know this? Don't think Queen's says so?

Queen’s doesn’t publish the cut-offs, so our only (unofficial) source is the stats posted on this forum. From the invite/rejection thread this year, it looks like those were the cut offs

Hey guys,

Just wondering why everyone has focused on the CARS cutoff mark here! What about the other 3 sections? Don't believe Queen's has emphasized that anywhere on their website...

I'd appreciate it if you can mention your hunch about the other sections as well.

McMaster and some OOP schools are CARS centric, so that's why the emphasis on CARS.

As far as the others, no idea, but you can try seeing what the lowest subsections were in the admitted/interview threads. I doubt they fluctuate more than 1-2 points yearly (big assumption, I know...).
