Need feedback on my ABS

I have applied for 3 cycles and have not yet received an interview. For the past few weeks I've been trying to reflect and see where I'm lacking and from what I can tell it's probably my ABS thats holding me back. I wanted to ask if someone can look over my ABS and give some constructive feedback.
