Undergrad program for med school in Canada?

Hi everyone! I am just another high school student wanting to pursue med school in the future. I am going into grade 12 from September and will be applying to universities. I know its a little early but I have just started researching on what undergrad program I should apply to. I want to apply to McMaster Life/Health Sciences and Medical Science at Western. I was wondering which life/health sciences program would help me prepare for the MCAT /med school as well as help me attain a high GPA and provide more extracurricular opportunities. And which other programs would you recommend me applying to? Thank you so much in advance!
