If you took pictures of the individual pages with your phone, just make a word document with all the pictures on different pages and then go to ''File'' --> ''Reduce File Size'' --> ''On Screen (150ppi)''. Just save the document as PDF and it should be small enough for you to upload it to Minerva ! If you scanned the document and already have a PDF file with all of the pages, there's probably a way for you to compress the file/reduce the pixel density when you save the file so it's smaller !
