but fr you are fine for medical school, what's done is done, there is no use in crying over spilled milk (many premeds would still kill to have a 3.89 tho and it's still considered a competitive score at many schools)

You're only in 3rd year (heading to 4th), you have a lot of life still ahead of you. If it doesn't work out one cycle, keep moving your life forward while reapplying.
