In any case, ignoring ECs in the hopes of getting into one or two schools is a dangerous strategy because it locks you out of the other schools. 

Be a decent Person. Study hard. Build good ECs. Ace the MCAT/CASPer. That's the pathway, some schools let you skip steps (hopefully not being a decent person) but you'd be on thin ice ignoring ECs to focus on academics, not just for admissions, but also for well-roundness.
