My poster/oral presentations are not available online anywhere... could I just link to a google drive with the presentation in it?

I figured that way they could at least see the presentation if they wanted an idea of the quality of the work.

Honestly, I doubt they are interested in assessing the quality - there are thousands of applicants, and the quality of research is so highly subjective anyways. Don’t worry about it.

I have a questions regarding this, my oral research presentation was done in front of a class and it was a research based class. Would it be okay to put it under provincial and then click the part of program requirements?

I do not think this classifies as a provincial level conference.

It's weird, they dont provide an option below provincial yet they never mention the presentation needing to be at any high level. I.e. an UG research fair presentation is fair to list, but that is definitely not provincial.

The help guide specifically says provincial level and above. So you can only list something like a presentation at a UG research fair if it was in fact provincial or higher.

Is it ok if we don't have links for our presentation? I just put n/a.

As long as it was presented at the level specified, and it was not after June 1st, it should be fine. If the committee has any questions, they would contact you asking for more information.
