Question about NAQ Entries

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have some questions about filling up the entries Hopefully this also helps other applicants.

  1. If you have a friend as a verifier, what do you put as their job title?
  2. For the clarification box, should we include hours we did per week for every entry, or only those that require it such as if you select the "other" time period
  3. This is relates to Question 2, if you are still doing an activity, when you write the clarification should it be in present tense? Like working 3hrs/week vs. Worked 3 hrs/week.
  4. Should we put exact hours or a rounded number? For some activities I honestly don't know the exact number of hours I did

Thanks for the help!

1. Friend, if they’re doing the activity in capacity as a friend (e.g. hobbies). If it’s a sport, you could say ‘teammate’, etc. Whatever you think is most accurate.

2-4. Sure. You can use present tense for current entries. Averages and estimates are fine. You can use the clarification box to say things like ‘average 3 hrs / wk’, or ‘total estimated from average of 3 hrs / wk’, etc. Just be clear honest and concise. Don’t over think it.
