Hi,

I just got my MCAT score back this morning, and unfortunately I did not meet the CARS cutoff for all the schools (got 123). Shall I just leave my OMSAS application as it is (i.e not submitting)?

This is tough :( Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I don't think I met their GPA cut off of 3.85 for the english stream. Can't believe I worked for 2 month for nothing :(

Then probably, save the money and savour the experience.

Hopefully you didn't submit. Sadly it happens to some people, happened to me last year, so I didn't submit my application the days before the deadline. Reflect on this and see what you have to improve on for upcoming years

I got a 121 CARS (494) on my first attempt, and 123 CARS (503) on my second attempt.
I just retook in August and got a 126 in CARS (510). It’s still not a very high score But I’m okay with it.

My point is, don’t give up. You will do better and you will have a shot in this game if you persevere.
