I asked them back in May and they told me: The WGPA cut-off for out of province residents applying to the Anglophone or Francophone stream is 3.87/4.00. You have to contact : admissmd@uottawa.ca to get more specific information on the cut-off for your region. I'm not sure about CNFS, sorry..
