5th Year GPA

If I am applying in my last year i.e. 5th year, will the school consider the GPA for that year as one of the two for my best undergrad GPA?

hey - no one replied? They may under conditional acceptance rules (like all of western's rules you have be careful to make sure you line things up properly).
