I need some help

Hi  everyone , Im 5th medical student in Iran now . I want to apply my residency abroad .but there is issue for me  choosing between America or Canada 

I dont have green card and u maybe know about visa problems ,at the other hand I searched about Canada and figured out its too competitive and its hard to inter to their system 

SO WHATS YOUR suggestion ? Which one is better for me to try ? Is it a huge differences between them ?

no not actually . there are 2 different exams :((((((((

you must be a PR or citizen to do residency in canada, in US you can go on a visa. If you're not a PR I would def target US, a lot better chances
