COVID response in FM residency programs

Recommended Posts

I am trying to get a sense of how family medicine residency programs across the country are responding to the COVID pandemic. Are FM residents being shared with other services to cover shortfalls in staffing? Being sent to the front lines to help with the COVID+ cases? Being kept in FM clinics?

With the threat of residency extensions if FMRs don't attain the required competencies, I'm just wondering what different places are doing.
