It could still be tomorrow. A friend of mine who got in last year had their verifier ask to have it completed by May 7, but got an offer the morning of the 7th as well!

As Dr. P stated. Verifiers will be contacted now and even throughout the program. So I don't think it matters at this point. Don't drive yourself crazy over the next two days. Stay busy and the time will fly by! Tip: Mute all your notifications except your email, avoids false alarms and needing to jump at every sound.

Hoping for the best for everyone!

When they send out waitlist offers, do they give any indication of how likely you are to be accepted? Does anyone know how many people are typically waitlisted how many people get off the waitlist?

Consistently about 90 people (although the class is smaller this year).

Last year's waitlist behavior will also be a little bit off since this year there are two waitlists.

It is U of C policy (as per waitlist email last year) that they do not tell you your position, nor indicate likelihood of receiving an offer. They said in the past, waitlist movement has varied from offers being given out to 35 - 70% of those on the list.

So far, none of my verifiers have been contacted (granted, there are a quite a few past supervisors/managers who probably wouldn't think to let me know but still). We'll see if this has any relationship with what ultimately happens tomorrow/Wednesday.

I haven;t had anyone contacted either. I'm trying not to read into it as Dr.P has been clear that there is no correlation.
