Research opportunities

Recommended Posts

Usually you can just directly contact a research director/associate or someone in a lab that you are interested in :) . When I looked for lab opportunities I only had 1 semester of uni and still got the internship. What I did was simply look online at the research centres I wanted to work at, opened the list of researchers, the projects they were proposing and emailed some of them with a description of myself and why I wanted to work with them!

If you have friends with contacts, you basically have contacts. Use them! Send an email to those people and say you heard great things about them though your friends, that you read their latest paper, something like that... researchers LOVE when you show interest into their work. ;)
