winter semester r score / grades

hi, does anyone know if the quebec med schools will take the cegep winter semester grades into account please? mcgill explicitly stated that they won't count them, but the other unis did not say anything about the matter. 

Also, does anyone know what accommodations will unis take for cegep students who have a r score only based on 2 semesters due to the winter 2020 one being cancelled? most people don't do their best on their first semester and will only have the next semester left to raise their r score

Winter 2020 grades will very unlikely be taken into account, since the French unis only consider R score. With that being said, no accommodations are planned so far for students, because if everyone’s R score is a little lower their first semester, then the average applicants will

be lower and it will balance itself out!

 

Although with the pandemic still on going new mesures might be implemented depending on the outcome of fall 2020, so keep checking the uni websites.
