Is it okay to apply for med-p 2~3 years after you graduate CEGEP?

Hi,

I got a question if I can apply for med-p 2~3 years later I get done with my cegep.

Since I'm an international student, I'm planning to get my pr during that time and apply for med-p as a Quebec resident.

Would I be able to apply for it?

If not, what's the longest duration.

I tried applying after a year off and they refused. Therefore, as it stands, you need to apply right after cegep. However, you can always try to notify them about your situation and they might make an exception (I don't know anyone who has done this, it's just a suggestion). If it doesn't work, you could also try continuing your studies in a program in which you would have time to work and to do everything you need to get done. Goodluck with everything!
