For Western's abbreviated sketch, they ask you to address 3 points for each entry and how your entry is related to medicine. Did you write about how your entry is related to medicine after for every one of the 3 points (so around 3 separate times) or did you have something like a final end statement/paragraph of how what you've learned is related to medicine?  

Sorry if this is confusing! As I'm editing my essays, I don't know if I interpreted what they are asking for the right way the first time.
