We read the whole thing... its not that long with only 5 minutes ;). That being said if you use "buzzwords" like the canmeds roles or principles of medical ethics (beneficence, autonomy, etc) correctly, it shows you know what you're talking about and are likely to get a higher score.

Casper monitors the speed at which responses are graded. Raters who grade at an excessive pace are either given a warning, or are removed entirely from the task. If an answer is poorly written, then including buzzwords is unlikely to be helpful.

I know some of the buzz words like non-judgemental, advocacy, collaboration...is there any list of buzz words?
