As a Canadian when you check the international student box what do you put for the Visa Status.

That is a good question about whether to put down prior applications to Canadian Medical Schools, I don't know if they will be able to check this. However, if you did something positive in the time being you can boast about that and it might look good on the application?

Lol, does anyone know if there are any requirements for the photo we upload? I have a close up shot of me from a trip I was on, is that good enough? Or do I have to go get one with a neutral background or something?

 

Edit: I just submitted the photo I had. Judgement call said it was good enough.

I called them and asked them about that and they said that any passport photo will do, just make sure it's the right dimensions. But it wasn't that big of a deal so a close up will do I'm sure.

Thanks for checking. I figured if it was a really big deal they would have specified on the website. I resized the image so I think it'll be fine.
