nauru
http://dom.medicine.dal.ca/clinicaldivisions/dermatology/ RE Dalhousie dermatology residency program: The Division of Clinical Dermatology & Cutaneous Science is composed of 11 staff dermatologists, 2 dermatology residents, 2 secretaries, 2 phototechnicians, 2 RNs, one LPN, one clinic aid, 2 booking & registration clerks, 1 divisional manager and 1 nurse manager. Forgive me if this is a silly question, but why are there two dermatology residents here when dermatology is a 5-year residency program? If they have one spot (as I've seen indicated for Dalhousie dermatology on other materials) then I would think there are generally five residents at any given time (one starts and one finishes, each year). Or are they only taking on new residents every third year? Or do they not count dermatology residents who are, at the moment the webpage was published, rotating through plastics or pathology or some other area? Can anyone please explain? Thanks. JJ1985
it has one spot every second year as mentioned above.... depending on the year there would be two or three residents in the program at a given time
