Renoir
One of the schools I'm applying to has a section for referees to fill out (online referee form) regarding the applicant's negative attributes. Do you think it's better to answer it as an interview-style question and use "Weaknesses that aren't really weaknesses"? Or do you feel it's better just to leave it blank? Thanks for your advice! future_doc
Nobody is perfect. You may be shy, less shy than before, a work in progress. Or, not good in public speaking but you go out of your comfort zone and have lots of contact with strangers. Ignoring it might diminish the credibility of the referee. We all have weaknesses.
