For me, as a pianist and a tennis player, this would probably mean winning in international or national piano competitions or winning first or second place in the Grand Slam (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, or the US Open). 

 

Or, you know, curing a type of cancer, as someone on the other thread suggested.
