Well aware that my UG marks wasn't the reason for me getting an interview invite. Spent time in graduate school trying to make up for them, glad it paid off. Good luck to all and don't stop trying.

TIME STAMP: 4:17 I think

Result: Reeeejection

wGPA: 3.97

MCAT: 12/11/12

ECs: I honestly thought I had decent ECs. They weren't traditional at all -- but I didn't think they were weak!  A bit of a rain on my parade but I definitely could use this dose of humility to help me prep for my other interviews harder.

Current Year: Graduated

TIME STAMP: 3:41 pm

Result: Invite
wGPA: 3.98ish
MCAT: 511 (127/125/129/130)
ECs: Felt my ECs were very poor until my final year of UG and following graduation. I really picked up on these within the last year and a half.
Year: UG completed last June.

Extremely surprised I got an interview invite with that 125 verbal subscore. Very cool.

TIME STAMP: 6:57 pm

Result: Regrets
wGPA: 3.84
MCAT: 494 (121/129/122/122)
ECsLots of travel, varied work experience, outdoorsy things, organic farming, campus first response, wilderness first aid, hospital/community health/aboriginal health/family health volunteering. Shadowed 2 family physicians at a family health team in rural North Eastern Ontario for the past two years, as well as worked on several community preventative medicine projects as a volunteer with the health team.  Also working with a local Aboriginal Organization on a community kitchen project.  Experience working in traditional healing settings with residential school survivors.
Year: UG completed 2008, Masters completed 2009

Unsurprising, given my pathetic MCAT scores (minus CARS).  It was my first time tackling the MCAT science sections and only applied to Queens in case of the unlikely event that I hit it out of the park on the MCAT.  Good luck everyone!
