Lebron James
Early acceptances should be rolling out soon. Here's our fb page for those accepted: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1741971959414368/ Also for those who don't hear anything back, don't worry! Regular acceptances happen in 2 waves: early June, and early July. The May acceptance is for a short list of students. Edit: for those who have been accepted and have accounts here, post your stats here (if you want)!

skye204
Hello, is it weird that I haven't received anything? Im from Ontario, and only took a course in the Fall GPA: 3.99 DAT: 81 Interview: 40/49 Edit: congrats guys =] With those stats, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Generally for OOP, you will receive it during the regular acceptances.
hotlinebliiing
With those stats, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Generally for OOP, you will receive it during the regular acceptances. Why would they give OOP spots in round 2? Wouldn't more OOP decline in may leaving more spots for others in round 2? FellOnBlackDays
How do you know if you are IP or OOP, outside of filling out the bubble during the application process? Can you check? Do they say anywhere during the MMI interviews?
Dent2020
They can probably just look at your transcript or academic history (i.e. did you do high school in Alberta). Otherwise, you'd have to prove somehow that you've lived in Alberta for a year.
hotlinebliiing
Actually what I've heard is, if you live there for a year through the application cycle you're IP. And if you put you're IP on application they'll consider you IP. But if and when you get the acceptance they require things like t4, credit card statements, employment history, etc
Lebron James
they require things like t4, credit card statements, employment history, etc Maybe its different for OOP, but I didn't have to hand in any of that.
hotlinebliiing
Yeah that's for OOP who have lived in Alberta for application cycle and are now IP

skye204
Why would they give OOP spots in round 2? Wouldn't more OOP decline in may leaving more spots for others in round 2? I believe they are giving preference to highly competitive IP applicants for early acceptances since these are the students that will most likely stay in Alberta afterwards. Chrome321
Congrats everyone who got in! How many people on average get early admissions? Im guessing around one third of the class? I'm thinking the next round is around end of june. Let's hope for the best
