If you have already submitted your application but did not pay the fee and now wish to do so, please call our inquiries line at (902) 494-2450 and one of our staff would be happy to assist you. Please have your application information and credit card details on hand when you call." So I guess it is through their registrar office, we have to call in and pay if you haven't already done so through Egg_McMuffin's mysterious method.
