Vicodin
Hey! Any recommendations for which stethoscope to get for medical school/ residency? Cardiology III is what I heard everyone has (Cardiology IV being the newest one), but I might want to pull a Regina George and start a new trend if there's a better option. If not, then I'll go with the classic. Should I order online from stethoscope.ca or stethoscopes.ca? Lol What's the difference between Littmann Classic III and Littmann Cardiology III? m_jacob_45
At my school, we were recommended to get Littmann Cardiology IV. I think that one or the III would be good. Its a good stethoscope!- not sure what the difference is between cardiology and classic.

Its a good stethoscope!- not sure what the difference is between cardiology and classic. I have a cardio and a classic. The classic has longer and thinner tubing and, while good, is not as sensitive as the cardio. I can hear lung sounds and take a BP just fine with a classic. But with the cardio I can hear bones move in my hand when I'm holding the bell
