MCAT Averages

Does anyone know of any american med schools that take the average of your MCAT scores. I always assumed it was highest mark and/or most recent, only heard rumors about taking the average. Thanks!

There are many schools which average the scores. However, policies differ according to school. If you head over to SDN there are threads where people have compiled a lists of schools in which the policies are known. I actually hyperlinked it in a thread I started. Just search for "averaging old and new MCAT" on SDN and you should be able to find it. It was fairly recent (within the last month). Also many schools will post MCAT policies on there website (sometimes in the FAQ section).
