Remuneration for Medical Oncology

I'd say 300k is a reasonable average for a full-time staff. Overhead for Med Onc is a bit hard to estimate, since many are salaried employees through cancer centres with essentially zero overhead, while others work on more traditional fee-for-service or blended models that should have overhead rates similar to most other medical specialists (typically 20-30%).

I think 300k is probably pretty reasonable to expect for someone working full time. Check out the BC blue book, every doctor in BC's billings are reported there. There are a few anomalies for some specialties where their billings don't appear on the blue book but for most they all appear.
