If I do not fill out all 48 ABS, should I put in smaller undergraduate awards as separate entries? Otherwise, it would be one entry where I squeeze as many names as possible into 150 characters.

I believe that it's always quality > quantity. I wouldn't worry about filling out all 48 spots. If you're separating those awards into individual entries to fill more spots and pad it up more, I think that would be obvious and not do much good. Unless it's a significant award or something you're really proud of/want to highlight/summarizes an important characteristic of you, then for sure include it in its own entry and elaborate more on it.
