Interview Invites 2017/2018 cycle

Anybody received interview invites for 2017 yet? I heard it's coming out in the next two weeks in "waves"

If so, please indicate your residency (IP, OOP, Atlantic), stats (if you don't mind) and the time it was received.

Yes! They're probably sending out invites to NL applicants first, and I believe today is the first day of invites. Thank you and good luck to you, I'm sure you'll get yours soon!

Received an invite this morning 12:26 NFL time, I am a NB resident. Second time applying, first interview invite so I am BEYOND excited!

I think they roll out the "automatic" interviewees first - people who got specific GPA and MCAT scores. I forget what those were, but last year they told me that there are certain people who automatically are invited to interview, and everyone else gets a full assessment of their applications.

I am surprised that invites are rolling out already, since some people's MCAT scores won't be released til Oct 10.

If people don't mind sharing - what are your stats re: GPA and MCAT?

I got mine today and I'm pretty sure that my application was fully viewed and did not meet their cut off point.

my stats weren't stellar by any means, but i have a PhD and my ECs were i think pretty great.
