Inquiry about PEBEC Evaluation delay

I have sent my documents for Evaluation to PEBEC and It more than month Since then and No Reply came to my Email confirming my documents and application Receipt and I am trying to mail them and contact them through phone and all what I get is just an automated responses . 
Althought ,At PEBEC main site and on they Responded Emails they aknowledge that a confirmation Email with documents' receipt is after one month I still get nothing
Have any one faced that before or know how to deal with this situation or even have different contact to PEBEC or suggest any Idea ?.
