You can get in with your "low" GPA, but youll need to get that NAQ up to 30+. Look and see if taking more courses would make an appreciable difference. Thanks, friend. I definitely, definitely appreciate the comment + feedback. I'm currently in my fourth year, and it's just my first year that's bringing my GPA down so I'm hoping the adjustment next year will help in pulling my score up. As for NAQ, I'm still a little lost as to how evaluations are even being made, but what can you do right?

Dont think you're ECs are "bad" or anything like that, its just a subjective process. But at least you know where you can "improve". Yeah that's what I've heard - would be more helpful to know how I did in each individual category of the NAQs though haha. Still the June 1st cutoff date for EC's definitely excluded some of my activities, but I know for sure that I could've put a lot more work into writing them out. Do well in your 4th year, and youll see it rise double so, with lowest year dropped. And then consider a 5th year too if you can keep the upward projection, this gives you two more years to keep boosting your NAQ. Dont forget about job experiences too, doesnt just have to be clubs or volunteering.
